| Q. | Are poly tanks repairable? |
| A. | Yes. Plastic welding rod can be provided in case of accidental damage or vandalism. It is simply melted into the damaged area with a heat gun. Sometimes, a polypropylene fitting with a plug can be installed at the point of damage to seal any leaks. |
| Q. | Do the tanks freeze? |
| A. | No. They are used in extremely cold conditions across the nation. However, we recommend using flexible hose type plumbing because the tanks tend to expand and contract in extreme weather conditions. Also, when the temperature is below freezing, leave enough room in the top of the tank to allow for the water to expand when it freezes. |
